The law of attraction works in mysterious ways.
About 2 years ago my daughter decided that she love Hedgehogs and that we absolutely needed to add one to our family. I researched how and where to procure such an animal and found only 2 breeders that were remotely close to our location. I wasn't about to drive across 2 states for a hedgehog. Neither of the 2 breeders gave me the impression that any babies were available and the search hit a dead end. We kept hoping that somehow it would all work out.
Fast forward to last Summer. I get a call from Agent J and she has a lead on a baby hedgie. Through a round about conversation with a mutual friend, she mentions that she knows a guy who happens to have a brand new litter of hoglets and he can't keep them all. Back alley hedgehog deal! Not even close. Agent J uses her amazing sleuthing skills to narrow down the search on Facebook and finds the Hedgehog man. Of course she sends him a message and BOOM!! BUTTERS!!!
His first day as my sweetie
He is the sassiest, huffiest, puffiest, handsome, little gentleman that any girl could ask for. He loves bath time and snuggles. Snuggles are tough sometimes.
