Ok, I feel like this one needs a little clarification. While at the craft store to grab a few supplies for my Halloween photoshoot prop. You’ll see it tomorrow. Of course, the pet costumes caught my eye. Frenchies' bodies are odd when going off of stanard pet sizes; which is why I usually get toddler clothing or use my own and just pin back. So I was looking for any size Larges. I found one, a lobster costume. I had to get it. While we finished up our errands, I started to think out loud about what I was going to do with this new find. My brain immediately went to ROCK LOBSTER, the song by The B52’s. Ok, so that sounds like a fun direction, let’s make her a rock star. So she’ll need a guitar. But definitely an electric guitar. So we started discussing the different shapes of electric guitars from the '80s, then I remembered I had bought BB a Metallica t-shirt over the Summer. Perfect! She's going to be James Hetfield, lead singer of Metallica. I'll recreate his glossy white Gibson Explorer guitar and pull out whatever props I already have on hand. There you have it, that's how we fused The B52's Rock Lobster with Metallica's (James Hetfield) Master of Puppies into one silly theme with fun puns. Capturing her at mid-yawn was just pure magic.

Dear Diary,

Today, during the golden hour my mom and I did a photoshoot @ the old Central School building. She is so not a professional model like me. Every time I was perfectly posed she wasn’t “ready.” Ugh!

Well, we did manage to capture a few good and somewhat interesting shots.
